VAT Exemption
A number of our products are entitled to VAT exemption, these are indicated on our Website by:

This means that the products have been priced EXCLUDING VAT.
To claim VAT you must declare that you are chronically sick or disabled and that you are receiving the goods for your personal use.
At the check out please in the 'ADD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box input your condition e.g. Arthritis etc, this will automatically complete the declaration, there is no need to complete any additional forms or send further paperwork to us – it's that simple.
We do understand that sometimes you are ordering such products on behalf of a chronically sick or disabled friend or relative. in this case you can declare the VAT Exemption on their behalf.
